I know have 4 kiddos here during the day! A Two Year old (Jackson), a one year old (Alyvia), a 6 month old (Zoe) and a 4 month old (Aubree). Megan started a new job on Monday so I am lucky enough to be Lyvi's new babysitter. I'm so very excited. Aubree is here, for now, 5 days a week....in about another week her daddy's schedule will change and she'll only be here 3 days a week. Jackson isn't here 5 days week...it's an average of 3 days a week. Alyvia is here 5 days a week. Zoe's here all the time :)
I've had all four of them two half days this week. It went very well. They are all very well behaved. Jackson came at 2:15 on Monday and today so the rest of the day it was the three baby girls. A few times I had them all 3 asleep at once! Go me...actually has nothing to do with me. Just the way their schedules fell.
The toughest situation I got in, was today. Aubree was alseep. Zoe was sitting beside me playing and I was sitting on the couch putting Alyvia to sleep...she was asleep, but I was just snugglin with her for a minute to make sure she was all the way out. And then I realized I had to walk Alyvia in to her bed...and I couldn't leave Zoe sitting on the couch. Luckily I'm good with holding two babies (even when one is out like a light) and I was able to move Zoe to her chair and then take Lyvi to bed. If that's the roughest it's going to be...I'll take it :)
Jackson is learning to share his toys with Lyvi. The first day he would take toys and go hide on the other side of the coffee table, where she couldn't come get him and he'd say "Jackson's toy". Today was better. They both shared much better.
My babysitting services are to their max. At least for now. I wouldn't want to add anymore to the mix. I wouldn't be able to handle that many and give them all the attention they deserve. As it is now, they sleep in shifts, eat in shifts...so I get individual time with each of them. Now several months down the road when Alyvia is walking on her own, and Zoe is starting to walk and everyone is a little more self sufficent then yes I would consider it. I know I'm crazy :) But if it stayed like this I wouldn't mind either. All of the mommies are flexible with their schedules and I am able to plan 'field trips' and days off for trips that I need to take.

C.I.O
Zoe is still in the mommy's girl stage. It's been a lot better latley...but it's still here.
She has let people hold her more latley. It's best when she's not tired.
She cries when someone else changes her, feeds her and puts her to sleep. We're making baby steps make it better.
If someone else is trying to put her to sleep (including Josh) she cries :( I try to stay back and let them do it. But it's hard. If I'm available I will step in and take her and put her to sleep...I am not a fan of 'Cry it Out'. (CIO) I know she needs to get used to it..and I do too. But she will in time. Baby Steps. I'm not going to let her scream (because she gets really worked up) when I am right there available to take her and calm her down. That's part of my job as a mommy to make these choices and decisions, and crying it out is not something I want her to do.
Mom was over the other day and Zoe was ready for a nap...mom took her and rocked her. She fought it for a few minutes, and cried briefly but did let mom put her to sleep without huge sobs. She also 'let' Josh put her to sleep last night. She cried a little, then she'd start to fall asleep and then wake herself up. Eventually she fell asleep...without my help :)

Lots of Snow!
I thought it was type for a {lengthy} update.
We've been busy around here. Lots of things going on during the week and weekends.
I'm in week 6 of my stats class and it isn't as bad as I thought. I'm treading my way through it!! I have a great teacher (who is the head of the department) and also a small class (there's only about 6 of us) so I can ask all the questions I need to. My origional goal was to come out of this with a C, but I think I can do it with a B! :)
We, here in Ohio, have had a LOT of snow in the passed several days. We have 3 big snow falls in 12 days...and are expected to get 3-5 more inches on Sunday! That's a total of over 25". Eek.
Miss Zoe is growing and devleoping more and more every single day. She's getting really good at sitting up. She's figured out she can reach down, grab her socks and take them off! Silly girl.
She is reaching and grabbing things more and more too! She is kind of lazy about it though. If it's within a few inches of her hand she will grab it right up. But if she has to reach very far for it...she'll wait until you put it closer.
She waives hi a lot now. She's starting to really realize what she's doing. If you say "Hiiiii Zooeee" she'll do it :)
She's pretty much out of 3-6 month's clothing. The pants still kind of fit her, but are getting short. Size 1diapers still fit her, because she's so skinny!
Josh is really happy with his 'new job.' He says it's like he never left. He's back to his normal, happy, goofy self. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't crack up at him.

6-9 Months
We have lots of birthday's to celebrate in February!
My moms birthday is this Saturday...so we're going to mom and dads for Breakfast Saturday morning.
Josh's mom's birthday is next Wednesday so we're going to lunch on Sunday!
Audrey's (my friend Holli's daughter) birthday party is next Saturday.
Alyvia's FIRST birthday is next Wednesday (also) so her birthday party is the 21st!
Abbie's 7th Birthday is the first of March so her birthday party is February 27th.
Megan's Birthday is also at the beginning of March so we'll be celebrating that soon too.
Oh and my husband won't let me forget....Michael Jordan's birthday is also February 17th!
I have {Almost} everyone's gifts. Just gotta wrap them. It's gonna look like Christmas...all these presents.

Got Milk.
I am still breastfeeding. I think back to my thoughts about it, when I was pregnant...and (I've said it a 100 times) I never thought it would work for us, nor never thought it would last this long if it did work.
Well it does work, and it has lasted this long! :)
We're getting ready to start weening her off. We're at the point where (when I need to leave) I can't pump as much as she wants to eat. I pump about 4 oz and she wants about 6. We've been supplementing with 2-3 oz formula for a few weeks now. I wanted to get her used to it. If I was home all the time it would be fine...but when I want or need to be gone for the day it's hard to stock up enough milk for Josh to give her. There for awhile I had none in the freezer...luckily I have built a supply back up.
She's to the point where she's just too nosey to sit still and nurse long enough to get full. She'll pull off and look around as soon as she hears any little noise. Nosey butt.
With me being away for 4 days in March it will just be way to hard to pump and to have enough milk here...so I will have her weened and I will be dried up by the second week in March. That's the plan. For now I'm enjoying the last month of the extra calories burning away...and the bonding time with her. Although she doesn't pay a bit of attention to me! haha!
I'm ok with all of this...it's time.
