One happy day!

Guess who showed back up tonight...... :)

After 17 long days.... Bailey came home!
Tonight we were standing in the kitchen, Josh and my mom were getting ready to leave for the store and Josh looked out the sliding glass door and goes "There's Bailey by the way!"  (You have to know my sarcastic husband.....) My mom and I thought he was just messing with us.  I think I actually just said "whatever shut up"  and he goes "No I'm serious look"  And there she was...looking in the window.  It was raining, she was scared.  I scooped her up.  She's very skinny.  She's always been tiny anyway so I didn't think it was possible for her to get any smaller... but she's bony now.

We're so happy to have her home :)  Now to feed her lots of cheese to pork her up!

Green Friday.

It's been almost a week since I blogged. Oops!
I've been kind of busy.

Monday, I traveled to Indiana to meet with Andrea about my new position with her company.  I took lots of notes and I am very excited to get started.  I've started a few things already and can tell I'm going to learn a lot.

Yesterday, we traveld to Josh's moms to have Thanksgiving with his family.  It was a good visit.  We got to also visit with his grandparents for a bit.  Zoe showed her mommy girl love (as she seems to do a lot latley) and only let people hold her for a minute.

Today, I was supposed to go shopping with mom...until I got sick!!  I started not feeling right on Tuesday evening...and it just continued until Thursday was yucky yuck, and Thursday night I had a fever :( I stayed away from Josh and Zoe all night...until my fever broke around 7am.  And my stomach is finally starting to get a little better.  Boo for no shopping :(  I guess it was ok that I didn't get to go out...there wasn't anything that I had to have, just the fun of it.

Tomorrow I have lots of homework to do and then I'm going to scrapbook at Cindy's!  Sunday will be more homework.  yuck!

Edward, My Love!

Yesterday was finally the day...the day we'd all been waiting for!

Cindy started reading the Twilight saga...and tried to get me to read it, but I just wasn't that interested.  Then my mom started reading them...and said that I would like it.  So I bit the bullet...and that's all she wrote :) I was hooked.  I am now in love with everything Twilight {saga}.  If you haven't read the books...you need to.  I said it too; "I'm not into vampires...or werewolves...I don't like blood.....and animal killers.."  trust me it's NOTHING like that.  Just do it!  You'll love it.

We started the evening at dinner...then the theatre was showing TWILIGHT at 9:00 pm followed by NEW MOON at 12:01 am.

I was home and in bed by 3:00 am.  But it was SO worth it.  I loved every minute {the 242 minutes} of Edward, Bella, and even Jacob.  {Although my heart still belongs to Edward}

It made me want to read the books again.  I think I'll be doing that soon!

My new Job!

I am happy to say that I got the job, the one that I blogged about several weeks back!
I am now the Public Relations Director for The Whole Kit n Kaboodle. I am so excited!  I will be traveling to Indiana on Monday (which is where Andrea lives and runs the business) to meet the staff and do training.  After that I will be able to work (part time) from home.  I am at Andreas beck and call and am up for doing anything and everything she throws my way!  She is an awsome lady who has opened this AWESOME nonthly kit club.  (Which are kits that I cannot get enough of)  I am excited to be "working" in the scrapbooking industry again.  And this time it will be much less stress and way more fun!

If you are one of scrapbooking friends you must go look at the kits, and you must join the kit club!  For only $25 a month (including shipping) you can have a predesigned double page layout mailed to your door step and all you have to do is put it together.

Bailey

I used to have to:
-look behind me for her, and pull Zoe's door shut, so she wouldn't get in her crib.
-leave a towel folded on my paper trays, in my scrapbook room, because she always slept on the top one in the sun.
-take Manny's water bowl off it's stand and put it on the floor, because she would stand on it and spill it when we went to bed.
-move my stuff off my jewelry box in the bathroom, because she'd lay up there while I got ready.
-give her "fresh food" before bed every night
-give her some cheese or butter, everytime we got it out.
-give her a mac n cheese noodle, when I made it.
-get up and shut our bedroom door after I was already in bed, because she would push it open all the way.

And now I don't have to.....

And I hate it :'(

I miss her.

Jingle Bells

Today was a busy Saturday!

I started the morning off with dropping Manny for his allergy injection!  Which by the way, seem to be helping.  The Vet says she sees an improvement....thank the Lord!
I ran to Missy's (the bestest hair stylist ever)  to get Josh's hair product.  (He was very happy Missy!)
Then Zoe and I went to Holli's purse party, where we met mom, Megan and Alyvia!  Then the 5 of us girls went shopping.  We did some Christmas shopping.  It felt good to get started.  I still have lots to do :)  But I had fun starting.

And now Miss Zoe is sleeping next to me while I work on homework.  (Yuck)
Tomorrow, I have a photoshoot in the early afternoon then we're all getting our family pictures taken.  Can't wait.   We've been trying to arrange a day for all of us to be available on one day and finally made it work...and Ben was awesome enough to get the day off work to come take them for us.

Now, wish us luck because my brother likes to goof off for photos.  It shall be a long photoshoot.  (I don't think Ben knows what he got himself into)

ps...I got the CUTEST outfit for Zoe for tomorrow...you just wait until you see it!

Bailey

I got home around 1:00 today from getting my hair done...took a shower...fed Zoe...then realized someone was missing :( Bailey!  I realized I hadn't seen her this morning before I left...and the last time I knew I saw her was last night.
I searched everywhere!  Everywhere.  She's no where to be found :(

I guess she got out.  You see Manny sometimes needs out at 2:00 am.  Last night he wanted out.  I let him out...then when I try to get him to come in, he plays this game..I have to get a treat then he'll run in.  While I get the treat he stands at the door and I leave it open...and I ususally have to push Bailey away from the door...or grab her off the deck if she's run out there!  Well, I don't remember doing either last night :(  I don't even remember checking if she had run out there.  And now she's gone....

Let's continue!

I need to continue that post that I started on Wednesday!
This previous weekend was our girls weekend at The Zane Trace Inn.  We had a lot of fun, ate some yummy food....and didn't get much scrapping done, as always :)  Actually, I didn't do too bad.
Friday, My dad was nice enough to come over and hang out with Zoe around 2:30 so I could head out east.   I thought she would be an angel for him (she had already gone poop once...which is what she seems to do now, hence the crying problems lately)  but nope...she cried :( And she pooped twice on him.  I guess she was givin her poppy a run for his money.

Saturday she spent the entire day with daddy.  They had to come meet met half way for a "milk drop" hehe.  And then I came home Sunday.

Josh said the weekend wasn't as bad as he though.  He said her crying on Friday was the worst.  So I guess that means I'm allowed to go on more trips haha!

In Zoe news, she is still trying (using her stomach muscles) to pull her self and sit up.  You probably don't believe me...but she does.  She also discovered herself in the mirror last night.  We were at moms and she was laying on her back on this play mat and she just laughed and giggled and smiled at herself.  Once I remember how to put a video on here, I'll post it! :)

Mommy news,  I am more than half way into my account class.  Yay!  My grade is better than I thought it would be, but not as good as I would like it to be.  I'm working on that.  I've been on the Dean's list since I started and I don't plan to mess that up with this one class.
I had my phone interview for the job that I previously mentioned!  I think it went well...so I should hear this week one way or the other.

Daddy news, Josh is still loving his new job.  (I can't remember if I mentioned how expensive the health care was there...but it was ridiculous!)  I found a good plan for the family for $230 less than his company, we applied for it yesterday and will hopefully hear something soon.

I cannot believe Christmas is just around the corner.  I need to start shopping!  I'm hoping to do that Thursday.  I know what I'm getting for each person, for the most part.  I still need to ask a few people for their lists.

ps...my daughter is still determined to be a thumb sucker.  She currently has it in her mouth... but this photo is from yesterday!

Oh!  And that Pink and black Jordan outfit she's in in that previous post...that's the onsie Josh bought her before she was born, and he's been dying to put her in it.  The last time I was gone for the day he put her in it...complete with her hat, and too small, newborn pink pants.  Gotta love daddy's :)

Maddy's 6th Birthday!

Maddy's birthday party was yesterday.  I can't believe she's 6 already. Crazy.  I remember holding her in the hospital...and taking her swimming when she was 2.

Audrey lovin' on Lyvi.

Carson and Zoe...these two (believe it or not) were born on the same day...45 minutes apart!  Mom calls them spirital twins :) Zoe is huge compared to him.  He was born at 4 lbs and is now 7lbs.  Zoe's almost 11lbs.

Miss A & Z :)

A little face painting

The birthday princess!
